1:1 Coaching

A thinking partner to think out loud with, who won't tell you what you already know.

Let's talk

How it works

No two processes are the same, but most go through these phases:

Clean your chaos.

Get everything out of your head and onto paper.

Find your frogs.

The tasks you need to prioritise but keep putting off.

Build a system for change.

Shape your routine around what you actually want.

Face your saboteurs.

Learn how to respond when your expectations don't match reality.

Lead in chaos.

Empower the people around you and multiply their potential.

A chaos I learned to manage, one stumble at a time.

Frequently asked questions

Who is coaching for?

Changemakers: people leading a team or company, building something of their own, and making decisions that drive impact and change.

How do I know if it’s the right time?

If you keep going over the same decisions, feel like you’re constantly putting out fires, or know something needs to change but can’t see what, it’s probably a good time to start your process.

How do I start?

Book a Discovery Session in the calendar: a free, 30-minute first conversation to understand your context and align expectations on goals, price and frequency. Then we decide together whether it makes sense to move forward.

Can I join from anywhere? And in which languages?

Yes. Sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere in the world, in English or Portuguese.

Can my company pay for my coaching?

Yes, many clients have their company pay. The invoice can be issued directly to the company.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching doesn’t replace therapy. If I feel what you’re going through needs a different kind of support, I’ll tell you honestly and help you find it.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes, in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. I take short notes to follow your process. I store them and delete them up to two years after the process ends.

If your company pays for the process, they may know you’re doing coaching and how many sessions you’ve had, but they won’t know what we talk about unless you choose to share it.
